For brands that already have the filling
Cosmetics brands, tea and coffee companies, confectioners, publishers and merchandise teams often already have the right filling: their own products. What they need is the packaging. A custom empty advent calendar box turns a product range into a seasonal retail item or a client gift.
We design and produce the packaging; you fill it, or we discuss filling as part of your proposal.

When to order advent calendar packaging
Custom packaging has two lead times: production of the box, and the time you need to fill it before 1 December. Boxes produced in Asia also require several weeks of sea freight. We therefore recommend season 2027 for custom empty boxes, with ordering in January–August 2027. Confirm by 31 March 2027 for early-bird terms and the widest choice of shapes and finishes.
For Christmas 2026 a custom box is no longer realistic. A gift box with your logo on the box, ribbon or card can still be ordered until about 1 December.
Planning a box that fills well
- Measure the largest item first. Door size follows the product.
- Consider weight and transit. Heavier items need sturdier boxes and inserts.
- Schedule filling time. Filling 24 doors by hand takes time; include it in your plan.
- Consider plastic-free inserts. They are easier to recycle and support sustainability reporting. See compliance and sustainability.
- State the destination. If boxes go to individual addresses, size affects postage.
