A free digital mock-up is ready within 1–2 working days. Delivery worldwide, in bulk or to home addresses. VAT invoices from a Polish company in PLN, EUR or USD; at least 50% prepayment with the order, balance before dispatch.

Ordering and proposals
Do you publish prices? No. The price depends on filling, branding, quantity and delivery, so every order receives a written proposal with specifications and the price per piece.
How fast do I receive a proposal? With a free digital mock-up, within 1–2 working days.
Are minimums fixed? They are indicative "from" quantities and are confirmed in the proposal.

Invoicing, payment and contracts
Invoicing and VAT. You receive a VAT invoice from EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., a Polish company. EU business customers with a valid EU VAT number (checked in VIES) are normally invoiced under reverse charge; export invoices outside the EU are issued without Polish VAT where the rules allow. Invoice currencies are PLN, EUR and USD. The applicable treatment is confirmed in your proposal. See invoicing and VAT.
Payment. At least 50% is prepaid with the order against a proforma invoice, and the balance is paid before dispatch, by bank transfer. See payment terms.
Contracts and NDA. A supply agreement or framework agreement for repeat seasons, and an NDA for unreleased brand assets, are available on request. See contracts and NDA.
Vendor documents. Company registration details, bank details on letterhead and product specifications can be provided for onboarding. See supplier onboarding.
Timing
- Advent calendars for 2026: stock calendars with your sleeve, sticker or insert card; print 5–10 working days; ship by about 20 November to arrive before 1 December.
- Hampers for 2026: order by about 1 December for EU delivery by 15–18 December.
- Custom plush mascot: sample 2–3 weeks plus production 4–8 weeks, so January 2027 or season 2027.
- Fully custom calendars: season 2027, best ordered January–August 2027, early-bird for orders confirmed by 31 March 2027.

Samples and artwork
Every proposal includes a free digital mock-up within 1–2 working days. Physical samples are available on request. A vector logo (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) gives the best result; we can also start from a PNG and advise. The approved artwork is the binding specification for production.
Product photos on this site are visualizations; your mock-up shows your actual design.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide: in bulk to one office, or to individual home addresses from a CSV list, with tracking per recipient. Everything is packed and dispatched in Poland. Within the EU there is no customs clearance; outside the EU, we deliver DDP, with duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance, wherever shipping is possible. Compliance, sustainability and tax
FSC-certified cardboard, Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance certified chocolate, rPET plush and EN 71 toy-safety testing for plush are available worldwide, with documents supplied on request.
