Merryvent ships Christmas gifts for remote employees to individual home addresses from a CSV or Excel list, worldwide: advent calendars with logo, holiday gift boxes and branded teddies. Personalisation, packing and dispatch take place in Poland. Multi-address delivery needs extra handling time: stock calendars must ship by about 20 November 2026 and hampers should be ordered by about 1 December.
One list in, individual parcels out
Collecting addresses is usually the most time-consuming step for HR, so we keep the rest simple. You send one spreadsheet; we pack each gift individually in Poland and ship it to each home address. Within the EU there are no customs formalities; for the UK, US and other non-EU countries we deliver DDP, with duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance, wherever shipping is possible.

Deadlines for home delivery in 2026
- Advent calendars: ship by about 20 November so the first door can be opened on 1 December. Approve artwork in early November.
- Holiday gift boxes: order by about 1 December for EU delivery by 15–18 December. Send your CSV with the order.
- Outside the EU: allow extra time for transit and customs; the date is confirmed in your proposal.

Practical points for a remote gifting campaign
- Collect addresses early with a short internal form that states the purpose and retention.
- Offer a choice of two variants, such as tea or chocolate, to cover different diets.
- Add a personal note: the recipient's first name on the card.
- Announce the delivery internally, so parcels are not refused as unknown.
