What data we process and why
When you submit the request a proposal form or write to us, we process the data you provide: name, company, work email, phone number, country, details of your inquiry and any files you attach.
We use it only to answer your inquiry: to prepare a proposal and mock-up, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and your consent where you give it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipient address lists
If you send us a list of recipient names and addresses for delivery, we process it on your behalf and only to deliver your order: packing, labelling, courier handover and tracking. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. Address data is deleted after delivery is completed and any delivery issues are resolved, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by service providers who help us run the website, email and hosting, and, if you place an order, by couriers who deliver it. They act on our instructions. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, for example for delivery to the UK or US, we rely on safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to answer it and follow up on the quote, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the inquiry leads to an order. Order data is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy of it;
- Correction of inaccurate data;
- Erasure or restriction of processing;
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Data portability;
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
