Invoicing and VAT

Every order is invoiced by EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. How VAT is applied depends on where you are based, whether you have a valid EU VAT number and where the goods are delivered. The treatment for your order is confirmed in your quote.

In short

Merryvent invoices are issued by EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o. (Poland, NIP 5372686054). Polish customers receive an invoice with Polish VAT. EU business customers with a valid EU VAT number (checked in VIES) can be invoiced under the reverse charge. Deliveries outside the EU can be invoiced as exports without Polish VAT where the rules allow. Invoices are issued in PLN, EUR or USD; a proforma invoice is issued for the prepayment of at least 50% with the order.

Who issues the invoice

The seller on every invoice is EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., ul. Brzeska 8/4, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, Poland, NIP 5372686054. Merryvent is a brand of this company, so you will not receive invoices from third parties, partner factories or couriers for the goods you ordered from us.

Invoices are issued electronically as PDF and can be sent to a dedicated accounts payable address. If your company requires a purchase order number, cost centre or a specific reference on the invoice, include it in your order and it will be printed on the document.

General information, not tax advice. The VAT treatment for your order is confirmed in your quote and depends on the documents and delivery route.

EU reverse charge and VIES

For business customers in other EU member states, the reverse charge applies when you provide a valid EU VAT number and the goods are dispatched from Poland to another EU country. We check the number in the European Commission's VIES system before issuing the invoice. If the number cannot be validated, we contact you before invoicing rather than changing the treatment silently.

If gifts are delivered to home addresses of employees in several EU countries, please tell us early. The VAT treatment of such deliveries can depend on the set-up of the order and is confirmed in your quote.

Deliveries outside the EU

For customers and recipients outside the EU, goods can be invoiced as an export without Polish VAT where the rules allow and the export is documented. Import VAT, customs duties and any clearance fees in the destination country are quoted in advance. We deliver duty paid (DDP) to every non-EU country where shipping is possible, so recipients do not receive a bill on the doorstep. See multi-address delivery for how this works with address lists.
