Merryvent (EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., Poland) can sign a supply agreement for a single order or a framework agreement for repeat seasons, an NDA on request for logos and unreleased brand assets, and a data processing agreement (DPA) under GDPR when we handle recipient address lists. The approved artwork and quote form the binding product specification.
Which document fits your order
A one-off order of advent calendars for an office is usually covered by our written quote and your purchase order or signed confirmation. The quote describes the product, branding, quantity, packaging, delivery and price, and the approved artwork fixes what will be produced.
If you plan to buy every season, run several programmes in parallel or involve your legal department, a separate agreement can make sense. We can work with our template or review yours. Terms that differ from the quote are agreed before the order is confirmed.
Documents we can sign
Artwork approval as the binding specification
Before production, you receive a final digital proof showing the product, the position and size of your logo, colours, text and packaging. Once you approve it in writing, the approved artwork together with the quote is the binding specification. We produce what was approved; changes after approval are possible only where production allows and may affect dates.
For larger programmes, a physical pre-production sample can be added to the approval process. Whether it is included, and how long it takes, is agreed in the quote. This makes acceptance simple: the delivered goods are checked against the approved proof and the quote, not against expectations that were never written down.
What an agreement typically covers
| Specification | Product, materials or filling, branding method, packaging, approved artwork |
|---|---|
| Quantities | Firm quantity per order; tolerances where production requires them, stated in advance |
| Schedule | Artwork deadline, production window, dispatch and delivery dates |
| Delivery | Bulk or address list; Incoterms and DDP for non-EU destinations |
| Acceptance | Inspection against approved artwork; how to report issues |
| Payment | At least 50% prepayment with the order, balance before dispatch |
| Confidentiality | NDA or confidentiality clause on request |
| Personal data | DPA under GDPR where address lists are processed |
Confidentiality of brand assets
Logos, brand guidelines and campaign artwork are used only for your order. On request we sign an NDA before you share unreleased material, for example a new brand identity planned for January or a product launch that will appear on the gift. We do not show your branded products in our marketing without your permission.
Address lists and GDPR
When we ship to employees' or clients' home addresses, we process personal data on your behalf. We use the list only for production of personalised items and delivery, give couriers only the data they need, and delete the address data after delivery and any agreed claims period. A data processing agreement is available on request. Details are on multi-address delivery and in our privacy notice.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a contract for a small order?
Usually not. The written quote, your purchase order and the approved artwork define the order. A contract is available if your policy requires one.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, on request. Send it with your brief and we review it before you share confidential material.
Can we agree terms for several seasons?
Yes, through a framework agreement. Products, approval workflow and ordering procedure are fixed; each season's quantities and dates are confirmed per order.
What happens if the delivered goods differ from the approved artwork?
The approved artwork and quote are the specification. Report the issue with photos and we agree a correction, as set out in the order or agreement.
Do you sign a DPA for address lists?
Yes, a data processing agreement under GDPR is available on request.
