Written proposal and mock-up
Within 1–2 working days: specifications, indicative price per piece, delivery terms and a free digital mock-up.
Samples on request
Physical samples before confirmation, if required by your approval process.
Information that speeds up the proposal
- Required delivery date (date in hands, not order date). For advent calendars this is before 1 December.
- Delivery countries, so we can confirm transit times, DDP duties and import VAT outside the EU and, where relevant, gift tax limits.
- Logo, ideally as a vector file.
- Delivery method: one address or an address list (see multi-address delivery).
- Procurement requirements: invoicing entity, PO number, supplier onboarding, NDA (see for procurement teams).

Deadlines to keep in mind
Advent calendars for 2026 must be dispatched by about 20 November. Hampers can be ordered until about 1 December. Fully custom calendars for 2027 receive early-bird terms when confirmed by 31 March 2027. See order deadlines.
