Merryvent ships corporate Christmas gifts and branded advent calendars worldwide from Poland. Within the EU there are no customs formalities. Outside the EU, we deliver DDP (duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance) to every country where shipping is possible. Holiday calendars differ by country (for example Orthodox Christmas on 7 January, Lunar New Year on 6 February 2027), so delivery dates are planned per destination.

Shipping from Poland to every country
All orders are personalised, packed and dispatched in Poland. From there we deliver in bulk to one office per country or individually to home addresses from your CSV or Excel list. Transit times and carriers depend on the destination and are stated in your proposal.
For a mixed list, we split recipients by country and plan dispatch so that each group receives the gifts before its local holiday. See multi-address delivery.

Neutral designs for international teams
For multicultural teams and global client lists, a neutral "Season's Greetings" or New Year design often works better than a Christmas-specific one. Other occasions such as Diwali or Hanukkah follow lunar calendars, with dates that change every year; tell us the date and we plan dispatch accordingly. See compliance and gift policies and New Year gifts.
Choose your country
The country pages below summarise delivery, customs and local gifting customs for each destination. If your country is not listed, we still deliver there: request a proposal with the destination and date.
Frequently asked questions
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, worldwide. Transit times, carriers and costs are stated in your proposal.
Who pays duties outside the EU?
Duties and import VAT are quoted in advance and included in your order. We deliver DDP to every non-EU country where shipping is possible, so recipients do not pay on delivery.
Can one order cover several countries?
Yes. We split the address list by country and plan dispatch per destination.
Are there customs formalities within the EU?
No. Deliveries within the EU single market do not require customs declarations.
