For automotive companies, Merryvent supplies employee gifts for plants, dealer network packs, and branded items such as teddies with embroidered logo from 50 pcs, custom plush mascots from 300 pcs (season 2027), baubles from 100 pcs and advent calendars, delivered to plants, dealerships or home addresses worldwide.
Three audiences, one supplier
HR organises gifts for plant and office employees. Marketing or network development sends seasonal packs to dealerships, often with point-of-sale use in mind. Purchasing, which in automotive is used to detailed supplier requirements, wants specifications, a written quote and a supplier file. Many OEMs and tier-1 suppliers also have strict policies on gifts to and from business partners.

Example program
For example, a vehicle importer might send each dealership a pack with chocolate calendars for the sales team and a set of branded baubles for the showroom tree, while its plant-based parent company gives every employee a chocolate Santa. A custom plush version of a brand character, from 300 pcs, is not possible for Christmas 2026 but can be planned for a January 2027 event or season 2027 through our own workshop (sister brand MascotiQ).

Delivery
Gifts can go in bulk to one or several offices, or to individual home addresses from a CSV or Excel list, worldwide. Personalization, packing and dispatch take place in Poland. Within the EU there are no customs formalities; outside the EU, we deliver DDP (duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance) to every country where shipping is possible. Can you pack a different set for each dealership?
Yes. Contents per address can follow your list, for example by headcount. The exact packing logic is agreed in the quote.
Can a plush version of our brand character be made?
Yes, as a custom plush mascot from 300 pcs in our own workshop. It is not possible for Christmas 2026; plan it for January 2027 or season 2027.
Do you work with purchasing departments' supplier requirements?
Yes. We provide company registration documents, VAT number, bank details on letterhead and product specifications. Other requirements are confirmed per request.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
Yes, worldwide. Outside the EU we deliver DDP, with duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance, wherever shipping is possible.
