Who buys, and why timing is everything
HR and operations want to thank drivers, warehouse teams and dispatchers, while sales and account management send gifts to shipper clients. Both run into the same problem: in December, the company's own capacity is fully used. Ordering early, ideally in October or the first half of November, keeps the gift program out of the peak.
For 2026, stock advent calendars ship by about 20 November to arrive before 1 December, and hampers can be ordered until about 1 December, with EU delivery 15–18 December. Details are on the order deadlines page.

Example program
For example, a freight forwarder with hubs in several European countries and an office outside the EU might ship chocolate Santas in bulk to each hub, packed per shift, send tea calendars to key shipper clients, and deliver a sharing hamper to the dispatch team on duty over Christmas. For the non-EU office, delivery is DDP, with duties and import VAT stated in the quote in advance.
Delivery
Gifts can go in bulk to one or several offices, or to individual home addresses from a CSV or Excel list, worldwide. Personalization, packing and dispatch take place in Poland. Within the EU there are no customs formalities; outside the EU, we deliver DDP (duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance) to every country where shipping is possible.
