Who buys and why it is different
In manufacturing, the gift is usually organised by HR or the works council, sometimes per plant, sometimes centrally. Procurement treats it like any other purchase: a specification, a written quote, a delivery schedule per site. Recipients include production staff on several shifts, office employees and sometimes long-term contractors.
The key requirement is fairness: the same gift for everyone, distributed easily at the gate, in the canteen or by team leaders.

Practical formats
Example program
For example, a manufacturer with three plants in two countries might give every employee a chocolate Santa and a bauble with the company logo, packed per plant and per shift, and send a hamper to each plant's long-service employees. For 2027, the same company could plan a custom-printed chocolate calendar from 250 pcs showing its products or its plants, ordered in spring for early-bird terms (orders confirmed by 31 March 2027).

Delivery
Gifts can go in bulk to one or several offices, or to individual home addresses from a CSV or Excel list, worldwide. Personalization, packing and dispatch take place in Poland. Within the EU there are no customs formalities; outside the EU, we deliver DDP (duties and import VAT prepaid and quoted in advance) to every country where shipping is possible.
